Curd: 1 cup
Salt: as per taste

To make Beetroot Paste for Beetroot Idli
Ground Beetroot: 1/2 cup
Ginger: 1/2 inch
Green Chili: 1

For the Stuffing of Soft Idli Recipe
Cottage Cheese: 100 grams
Roasted Chopped Cashews: 5-6
Chopped Onion: 2-3 tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala: 1/2tsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Oil to grease
Fruit salt Eno: 1 pouch

Oil: 1.5 tbsp
Mustard seeds: 1tsp
Sesame seeds: 1tsp
Curry leaves: 4-5
Green Chili: 1-2
