SMASH TACO:
A perfect blend of Taco with Smashed burger which gives you an option to change the flavour as per your taste and then loading it up with your favourite topping.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
Serves: 1 person

INGREDIENTS:

For Chipotle Sauce:
Dry Red Chilli (Kashmiri & Degi) - 8/10 nos each
Garlic - 1 whole
Salt - 1 sp
Olive Oil - 4 sp
Onion Powder: 1/2 sp
Mayoneese - 3 sp
Honey / Brown Sugar - 1 sp

For Chicken Burger:
Chicken Keema - 200 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 sp
Salt - as per taste
Chilli pepper - 1/2 sp

Taco Toppings.
Chopped Onion - 1nos
Chopped Tomato - 1nos
Mozzarella Cheese - 2 sp
Lettuce - 3-4 leaves chopped

METHOD:
Marinate the minced chicken in ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper and chili powder.
Place chicken burgers on skillet and cover them with tortilla / left over roti.
SMASH! spread around the chicken with the help of a masher.
Flip and put some shredded cheese on it, so that it melts.
Add chopped toppings of your choice and serve!
YOUR SMASHED TACO IS READY!!

For Sauce:
Soak red chilies in water for 2-3 hours or boil them in water for 5-8 mins.
Let them cool and place them in mixer jar with peeled garlic, salt, olive oil.
Make a paste and then add mayoresses with some honey.
Your "House of SHARAN Chipotle Sauce" is ready!
