My Journey To The Home Of Pakistan's Smallest Minority Group 🇵🇰

A long awaited adventure to visit the Kalash people of the Hindu Kush mountains started in the laid back town of Chitral in Pakistan's northwestern KPK province. After some political noise in the streets on my way to catch my ride out of town, I was approached by a curious local who was nice enough to lead me to the car that would take me to Bumburet Valley. About half way there, we pulled into the village of Ayun to the sounds of the azan as the locals began abandoning their stalls to go pray. Once back on the road, our trusty Corolla began blasting up switchbacks and ascending the Bumburet Valley while passing quiet villages along the way. I was conveniently dropped off at a museum I wanted to visit which was inconveniently closed that day. Stay tuned for an unexpected, all inclusive tour of a Kalash village once I reach Karakol in the next video! 🇵🇰
