Join me for this 25 minute gentle Yin practice for our hips. This sequence will give you a deep stretch in your legs, specifically your hips and hamstrings. It is great to do on your rest day from a more vigorous yoga practice or from the gym to aid in muscle recovery. We will settle into each posture for a few minutes, letting time and gravity do the work for us. While no props are needed, you may feel more comfortable in some of the poses using either a folded blanket or a pillow or two for some extra support. To that end, it may be a good idea to have those things nearby just in case you decide you'd like to use them, either way is just fine though. So grab what you think might help you get the most out of this practice and lets see what some time in these postures will do for us...
