Hi Everyone! Join me for this fun 20 minute gentle flow yoga sequence. Take just 20 minutes today to get on your mat, move with your breath, connect to your body and ultimately find some stillness. This is an all levels class, we work on our balance, stretching and strengthening our muscles, with a relaxing shavasana. This is a great sequence to do in the morning before starting the rest of your day.
