Benefits of Ragi Huri Hittu (Finger Millet):

‌¶ An abundant source of Protein & Amino acids required for the human body

¶ ‌Helpful for DIABETIC patients

‌¶ Rich in FIBRE

¶ Enhances DIGESTION

¶ Cools down the body during summer

¶ Gluten-free

Ingredients:

Ragi Huri Hittu - 4 Tbs.
Jaggery - 3 to 4 Tbs. (depends on sweetness)
Tamarind juice - 3Tbs.
A pinch of salt to taste
Water - 1 glass (based on your consistency)

Process:

1. Take a bowl, add 3 or 4 Tbs. of jaggery, half a glass of water.

2. Stir with the whisker, till the jaggery gets diluted.

3. Add 3 Tbs. of tamarind juice and stir it.

4. Add a pinch of salt.

5. Now, add 4 Tbs. of Ragi huri hittu to the diluted liquid and stir continuously for no lumps.

6. Add water if required based on your consistency.

7. Serve the health drink.
