Easy Vegan Burrata (dairy free buffalo cheese)

Today we are making an easy vegan burrata. It has a soft outer rind and when you cut into it it yields and oozy creamy mozzarella like cheese. If you have never had it before you are in for a treat. This pairs well over any salad or on a cheese board and is just like it's no dairy counterpart.
