This video is for asylum seekers whose cases in immigration court were dismissed. If you decide to continue seeking asylum after your immigration court case is dismissed, you can submit a new asylum application to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). After you submit your new asylum application to USCIS, you can apply for a work permit.
