Maxillary incisors proclination is common reason for TRAUMA of the incisors in children.
There is a chance of damaging their front teeth, and treatment may reduce this chance.
Lip incompetence is often observed in this patients with its negative effect on the facial profile.
Such children may be victims of BULLYING and this can reflect on their psychological development.
It was 2 phases treatment:
1. Functional therapy with activator for 1,5 years in pubertal growth spur to change facial development and achieve orthopedic correction.
2. Braces for teeth alignment.

I am Galin Gavrilov an Orthodontist from Sofia, Bulgaria.
In these unprecedented times for our profession, I ended up with some free time to share with you my 15 years of experience in Orthodontics.
I have decided to start a video series about orthodontic treatments, explaining how a well-thought treatment plan and its execution lead to good and stable results.
