Your new Kegel8 Vitality will help you to transform your pelvic floor, helping you to regain sensation and revitalise both your health and your relationship. This video will talk you through the basics of how to use your Vitality

Inside the box you’ll find:
o Your Kegel8 Ultra Vitality controller
o Your probe
o A 9 volt battery
o Two lead wires
o An instruction manual

If the battery included with your Vitality has a black cap on one of its ports you will need to remove it before beginning. Slide open the back of the Vitality and insert the battery. Make sure the red ribbon is underneath it for easy removal. Slide the cover back on.

To make sure your Vitality reaches you in perfect condition there is a protective film over the screen. Peel this off before starting to ensure you can see the screen properly.

It’s time to attach the probe – connect it to one of the lead wires by inserting the red and black connectors into the pigtail connectors of your probe. Attach the other end of the wire into the top left of your Kegel8 Vitality – this is channel A. Channel B is on the right and is for use with anal probes if required.

Press the power button on the front of the unit. Press the ‘P’ button to scroll through the different programmes and select the one you want. As an example we have selected programme 3.

To begin, press the ‘+’ button on the left hand side of the controller. You will see the mA display in the bottom left change to 1 and the timer will start to show you how long is left.

You can increase or decrease the mAs by pressing the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons on the left. Select a level that is strong enough for you to feel a pull but not uncomfortable.

The top right of the screen will show you whether the programme is currently tensing or relaxing your muscles by indicating with an arrow. When the programme is finished you Ultra Vitality will turn itself automatically. If you need to finish early, just press the power button to switch the unit off.

The user manual included with your Vitality features excellent advice on how to select the right exercise programme for you and how to insert the probe. You’ll be amazed at the difference using your Kegel8 will make to your pelvic health, so get started!

Update: All Kegel8 lead wires are now white, and no longer red and black.
