After it initially took shape back in 1989 EC semifinals and then came to all-out war in the early 1990s and extended through the end of the decade, the rivalry between the Knicks and Bulls was arguably the greatest rivalry in the NBA at one time and the image of what the 90's NBA was all about.

Old-school NBC intros, Jordan vs Ewing, poster dunks, fights, emotional moments, crazy personalities on the tough Knicks team, early 90's were a great time to be an NBA fan and this rivarly is one of the main reasons.
