A Day at The Magic Kingdom 1987

As a companion to my two 1987 videos taken at EPCOT, I'm now presenting a day at the Magic Kingdom from that same trip to "Disney's Vacation Kingdom." Like EPCOT, The Magic Kingdom Park has gone through a lot of changes since the 80's. There are so many things to love about the park as it presently exists but there was a simplicity and more of a dependance on live entertainment back then to create the magic. I hope this video brings back some of those memories for those of us who remember our time at the park in those days as well as being a historical document for younger people that love the park and want to get an idea of what has changed over the years. I've always been a fan of theme park history. We all are obsessed with this magic place and I'm happy to do my bit in honoring Walt's gift to us all.
