3 Drills for Dealing with Fear of Being Hit in Boxing

Tony Jeffries shares 3 boxing defense drills if you fear getting punched in the face or getting hit in a sparring or real match. It is normal to fear getting hit and punched in the head especially if you are a beginner in boxing or it is your first sparring match.
