Part 1 of a 3 Hip Reel Tutorial Videos! This video will go over some basics regarding hip reels using a single hoop! We will start with how to go from a forwards weave to a pinky led hip reel and a backwards weave to a thumb led hip reel. Then we will take a few steps back near the end of the video to go over how to first begin learning to do a hip real from a static position, without involving an introductory forwards/backwards weave.
