* "Spin In" and "Spin Out" * ~ Hoop Tutorial

Hello lovelies! This tutorial was requested by Kelsey! She wanted to learn how to do my "Spin Out" move! This move is a combo I developed in my flow as a smooth transition from the horizontal plane into the vertical plane! It looks especially neat with an LED hoop! I decided to pair this tutorial with another move I use often to transition into the horizontal plane. I call it a "Spin On"... This move was taught to me by my good friend, hooping partner, and hoop sister Shannon Hill (@mermaid_luvdat_hoopnbass).
