Coffee Farm Tour: Finca Milena in Jardín, Colombia, Antioquia

Hi, I’m Miranda and the purpose of this video is to introduce you to a wonderful coffee farm Finca Milena and family near Jardín, Colombia, one of the coffee capitals of the world.

The process of growing and harvesting coffee from berries to beans is quite manual and labor intensive (yet seemingly eco-friendly) so taking a tour will definitely make you better appreciate your morning cup. We found the day tour on tripadvisor and booked one day in advance. Plan on about half a day for the whole experience.

Marta and Gustavo were wonderful hosts. Just make sure that you or someone in your group speaks pretty good Spanish since the tour is in Español. They even made us vegetarian meals upon request using fresh, local ingredients. At Finca Milena, you can also stay as guests in the house and even learn Spanish.
