How do I build a library for Greek in Logos Bible Software (best Logos Base package for Greek)

I often get asked, what Logos package should I buy to help me learn Greek? This is a hard question to answer quickly, but since Logos have a sale on this month, I thought it might be a good time to share my thoughts on getting your Logos library up to date.
