Stage 2 Lowrider S 114ci / APE/ Cyclerama CR483 / Install & Dyno

Together with Cycle-Rama in the United States, Alpha Performance Engine's here in QLD Australia have teamed up to develop an A.P.E Exclusive Camshaft, The 483.

Like many great cams out there these days for the M8 engine platform keeping the valve lift under .500" to utilise the stock valve springs is more than enough to deliver an easy 50% increase in power on stage 2 applications with the correct air filter & pipe combination.
This particular cam (the CR483) only available through www.alphaperformanceengines.com.au is without doubt my FAVORITE drop in camshaft for stage 2 bikes.
I have used this cam on even bigger builds such as the A.P.E 'Stump Puller' with incredible results.
The torque curve is very flat providing plenty of on demand torque at any RPM.
Horsepower climbs for the moon from 2000 rpm & depending on the exhaust system it will not quit making HP all the way to the rev limiter.
