🇪🇸 EJERCICIO: ENTRENAMIENTO PROFESIONAL

Muchas veces como alumnos o profesores, la monotonía de los entrenamientos es difícil de cortar, por ello aquí les dejo unos ejercicios divertidos para hacer en los entrenos.

1 TIE BRAK a 11 puntos con 2 pelotas al mismo tiempo.
⠀
REGLAS📚: El saque se hace en cruzado y lo hacen los que están en paralelo, ahi comienza el punto jugando con las dos pelotas hasta que no quede ninguna, favoreciendo la ATENCIÓN, CONCENTRACIÓN, ACTIVACIÓN Y EL HUMOR.

2 PASAR BOLAS: Este juego te da mucha información a la hora de jugarlo, tanto en defensa como en ataque.
⠀
REGLAS 📚: Los que defienden deberán decir el numero de bolas que pasarán hasta que pierdan 7 puntos, ese será su meta y ganaran el juego cuando superen esa cantidad de pelotas pasadas, perdiendo el juego si pierden 7 puntos sin haber llegado a santidad impuesta.
