EJERCICIO PADEL PROFESIONAL

Hola a todos,
Les dejo un entrenamiento completo donde lo dividimos en:
º Entrada en calor hasta 22´
º Juego 1: todo por abajo, si los que defienden pasan a los de la red, ganan el punto directo. hasta 35´
º Juego 2: Set completo, si el globo entra dentro de las marcas, se gana el punto automáticamente y la pareja que lo logró se pone en 40 en el juego que se está jugando. hasta 1:24´
º Juego 3: Tie break libre a 11 puntos.
