This dumpling bake’s been all over my feed, so I had to try it… and yeah, it’s worth it.
One pan, a quick curry sauce, some frozen dumplings, and 25 minutes later you’ve got cozy, creamy, spicy goodness.
Finished mine with scallions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili oil, its easy, crazy good, and definitely going in the rotation.
Viral Dumpling Bake
Ingredients
1 bag frozen dumplings (about 16; veggie or chicken)
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
3 tbsp Thai red curry paste (adjust for spice)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp ginger, grated
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
2 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
2 cups bok choy or spinach, roughly chopped
Optional garnish: sliced green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds, chili oil or chili crisp
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a baking dish, whisk together coconut milk, curry paste, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar or lime juice.
3. Scatter the bok choy or spinach evenly into the dish. Place the frozen dumplings in a single layer on top.
4. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes, until the dumplings are cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
5. Uncover and finish with green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of chili oil. Serve as-is or with steamed rice.
