Press play on this Cardio and strength training workout you can do at home and get and effective full body workout that builds muscle and burns fat.

You’ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set 5kg/11Lbs, 7kg/15.5Lbs, 10kg/22Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
