LEG WORKOUT - Target the legs and glutes to create strength, definition and tone with this leg day workout you can do at home. We’ll be performing 3 sets of each exercise which can feel repetitive but these multiple sets are key for building strength and muscular endurance.

You’ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg+ 7kg + 10kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level. Make sure you choose dumbbells that will challenge you but allow you to maintain good form.

There are 3 sets to complete as follows:
40 secs work/20 secs rest
30 secs work/15 secs rest
20 secs work/20 secs rest

1️⃣Sumo Deadlift (10kg)
2️⃣1 1/2 Goblet Squat (10kg)
3️⃣Single Leg Deadlift (L) Side (10kg)
4️⃣Single Leg Deadlift (R) Side (10kg)
5️⃣Heels Elevated Back Squat (10kg)
6️⃣RDL’s (10kg)
7️⃣Sumo Deadlift Pulse (10kg)
8️⃣Reverse Lunge (L) Side (7kg)
9️⃣Reverse Lunge (R) Side (7kg)
🔟Curtsy Lunge (7kg)
1️⃣Calf Raises. (10kg)
2️⃣Glute Bridge (10kg)
3️⃣Frog Pumps (10kg)
4️⃣Side Lying Leg Lift (L) Side (5 kg)
5️⃣Side Lying Leg Lift (R) Side (5 kg)

Tabata Finisher x 3 rounds - 20 secs work/10 secs rest
