1: rice flour : 1 cup , tapioca starch: 1cup +1/4 cup water : 3 cups .

2: water: 1cup +1/2cup put into the pot, add the first batter 1/4 cup water .

3: put into a pot and slowly cook it for 2 minutes , until it turns into like a milkshake .turn off the heat.

4: take the batter in the pot and pour it into the batter in step one , then pour little bits at a time and mix, and then put 1/4 tsp of salt mix.
5:then put it on a non-stick pan, cook it and roll it up.
