Having been the most recent character before the jump to UNI2, and because I played a healthy amount of Lond during CLR, I immediately knew from the earliest footage of UNI2 that the voices were updated and that it was going to be a voice direction matter. It's the usual deal of normals and specials sounding better in 1 while the super lines in 2 have more energy to them. Still, I like the deeper voice performance in 1 because Lond sounds more like a young adult while he sounds a bit too young in 2. Although, since it is really likely his arcade mode was one of the few that were canon, he doesn't need to overexert himself after beating Wagner. That being said, Lond does not seem to have been doing much in the 3 months of in-game time that has passed given his limited interactions and how most of his interactions with Licht Kreis are not met back with unique responses from the girls.

Fitting for a character whose theme is one of the most beloved in the series, Lond's musicality is reflected in both his name and his 214x series. Pronouncing Lond's name in the proper Japanese already shows off the word "rondo" is in his name. Then you also have the individual moves of his rekka be alternately referred as "Pesante", "Legato", and "Animato", all terms relating elements you'd find on a sheet of music.

Akame Ga Kill is a terrible series but I can acknowledge Saito Soma's line delivery of INCURSIOOOO as one of his biggest roles in 2014. I wouldn't hear him again until his debut as Londrekia 3 years later in Chronicle Mode 3 years before he became playable character. Lond's eventual inclusion into the game proper was a no-brainer, especially after the leak that showed off his prototype character select art. 2019 and 2020 was the year I really learned to appreciate this man's voice as he voiced Doppio's insane PURURURURURU dial noises, as well as bark out some menacing yells, but he also voiced Kirschtaria in Fate, who at the time was a big deal. Now he has the honor of voicing Kenshin in the remake which to be fair hasn't been making that many waves due to animation in the modern age being mostly disappointing, but I cannot lie, I really like his Kenshin voice.
