This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. The role that collaboration plays in society today.

A problem solver, coach and innovator, Pam has demonstrated the ability to work with others through a diversity of seemingly impossible assignments. She has worked in war zones in Guatemala, in refugee camps in Mexico, the Downtown eastside of Vancouver and in many national and international boardrooms in the public and private sectors. Pam has guided CEOs - she has chaired ministerial stakeholder tables – she has played significant roles in human rights issues – she has made a difference. Pam is the founder and president of Choosethical Ventures Inc., a consulting and facilitation services company. Her main role in life is being the “Mom” of Eli and a loyal friend and family member, who shares her love and laughter, and her wisdom, with many others in her global community. In Halifax, NS, Pam is known as “the CarShare Lady” co-founding the thriving CarShareHFX in the Atlantic Canadian marketplace. She is always open to the next idea that will add value to the world and quality to the lives of others.
