Dye Time #7: Over dyeing yarn with black acid dye using the kettle dyeing method

I dyed some yarn and wasn't happy with the results, so I decided to over dye it to make a solid black. I dyed the yarn using the kettle dye method to achieve a black that is about as solid as hand dyed yarn can be. I love dyeing yarn with silver stellina in dark colours as it really brings out the sparkle.

Yarn: 10g 4ply superwash merino/tussah silk/silver stellina blend.
Dye: Black acid dye from DT Craft and Design
All equipment used in this video is dedicated for dyeing.
