✨THE WORKOUT: 35-Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout (Time Drop)✨

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Set of Dumbbells. I’m using 15-20 lbs.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️8 Full Body Exercises
✔️2 Superset Circuits (4 exercises per circuit)
✔️Time Drop Format (set one is 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest; set two is 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest; set three is 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
✔️Repeat Each Superset x3 Sets

►Workout Outline:
🔥SUPERSET ONE:
1️⃣ 1.5 Squat + Clean + Press
2️⃣ 1.5 Alternating Step Back Lunges
3️⃣ Dumbbell Chest Press + Glute Bridge Hold
4️⃣ Wide Squat Dumbbell Burpee + Bicep Curl (MOD: Squat + Curl + Knee Drive)

🔥SUPERSET TWO:
1️⃣ 3 Staggered Stance Back Rows + Switch
2️⃣ Deadlift + Clean + Lateral Lunge
3️⃣ Overhead Triceps + Calf Raises
4️⃣ Alternating Dumbbell Snatch + 2 Lateral Step Single Arm Squat Thrusters

🔥FINAL PUSH:
10 Squats
10 Row Clean + Press
10 Lunges
10 Push Ups
Plank Hold
