Ingredients:
3 instant Bee Hoon
Some cabbages, sliced
4-5 fresh chilies, cut into chunks
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 cloves of shallot
1 teaspoon of roasted belacan powder
2 tablespoons of dried shrimp, chopped
1 small bowl of chicken stock (1 teaspoons of Ah Pa’s homemade chicken stock mix with hot water)
Some fried shallots (to garnish)

Seasonings:
Good amount of sugar
A little bit of light soy sauce
Few dashes of white pepper
