HOW TO MAKE LEFTOVER RICE MUTHIYA AAJ HUM SIMPLIFY UR COOKING ME BANAYENGE BACHE HUE CHAVAL SE

Recipe :
1bowl boiled rice,1onion chopped, 1tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste,salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,1 bowl Besan (Bengal gram powder ),1 tbsp wheat flour,1 tbsp suji/rawa,1 tbsp oil ,1tsp sugar. Mix all these ingredients ,add little water if required. Make Muthiya with wet hands and steam for 15 minutes. You can eat steamed Muthiya with green coriander chutney . Tempering is done with cumin and mustard seeds on cooling .Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with tomato sauce and green coriander chutney
