Eagle Industries Beavertail and Yote Packs: GSK Review

One of my good buddies hooked me up with his old Beavertail assault pack not too long ago and I quickly took a liking to it. Turns out these packs are actually better known by Japanese locals than by Marines I've met. Even so, a lot of their use seems to have been pretty niche with a fairly small role that it filled particularly well; but the creativity of man knows no bounds and people have found many unique uses for it since.

The key take away is that it has a really big mesh dump pouch attached to the back of a pretty standard light assault pack. Mostly designed to hold bump helmets and nods, it also makes a really good open top pouch to carry all kinds of cool and crazy things.
