April 27, 2024, railfanning on the Colorado Joint Line. Due to the current outage of the Joint Line train-track site, it is a lot harder to catch trains here. However, after only intending to catch one train, I ended up being able to catch 7 in the span of maybe 6 hours. While I wish I had more heads-ups on things, like the UP coal train, that being the first of 2024, all in all it was a successful day. It had been months since I've seen two UPs in one day as well, so that was a nice bonus.
