Traditional Mexican Bolillo Bread Recipe

Today we are making homemade bolillos. They are very similar to French bread, they are used to prepare tortas or for everyday meals.

Ingredients:

3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
Extra flour for dusting
1 Packet Active Dry Yeast (2 1/4 Tsp)
1 1/4 Cups Warm Milk
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
4 Tbsp Butter (or 1/4 Cup Melted Shortening or Lard)



Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
