奶粉15克(可省略)(2大勺)
白糖30克(2大勺)
酵母4克(1小勺)
鹽3克(1/2小勺)
無鹽黃油30克(2大勺)

一半麵團做原味麵包
抹茶麵團:
一半麵團➕10克抹茶粉(2大勺)➕牛奶5~10克福(1~2小勺)

卡士達醬:

蛋黃2個
玉米澱粉15克(2大勺)
白糖20克(4小勺)
牛奶250克(1+1/4杯)
無鹽黃油10克(2小勺)

其中一半卡士達醬➕抹茶粉5克(1大勺)
一半卡士達醬做原味

烤箱預熱15分鐘
180°C
18~20分鐘

Instant Yeast 4g(1 tsp)

Matcha dough:
Half of the dough ➕ 10 grams of matcha powder (2 tablespoons) ➕ 5 to 10 grams of milk (1 to 2 teaspoons)

Custard Sauce:

2 egg yolks
15 grams cornstarch (2 tablespoons)
20 grams of sugar (4 teaspoons)
250g milk (1+1/4 cup)
10 grams of unsalted butter (2 tablespoons)

Half of the custard sauce ➕ 5 grams of matcha powder (1 tablespoon)
Half the custard sauce for original flavor

Preheat the oven for 15 minutes
180°C
18~20 minutes
