Enjoy this 50 min full body Pilates workout with no equipment and no standing and no music. Just the good stuff. Good cues, good moves and really good instructions. I hope you guys have a fabulous workout. The video is intended to be shot with the view and me as a silhouette, Lo-fi pilates style, so you will not be able to see my features as much, but you’ll be able to see a great outline of my body and all of the exercise positions.
