Blackberry Cobbler with Juice Only Recipe Ingredients
48 oz whole blackberries (1360g, about 10-11 cups)
*This will give 4.25 cups of strained blackberry juice
1 cup white sugar (210g) I started out with 1/2 cup, but then added more
1/2 cup water
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
Slurry: *I started out with 3 Tablespoons or cornstarch, then added more
4 Tablespoons cornstarch (40g)
4 Tablespoons water (40g)
2 9-inch pie crust
Sugar Sprinkle:
1 Tablespoon white sugar
1 Tablespoon light brown sugar
