Hey Everyone welcome today's recipe will be Otak-Otak, a traditional malay dish. It's relatively simple to make and will only need a few basic ingredients:

300g Spanish Mackerel/Wolf Herring (Batang/西刀鱼)
150g Rempah (Refer to my recipe if keen:    • How to make Malay Rempah: Unlock Nyon...  )
250ml Coconut Milk
4 pcs Culantro leaves
2 tbsp Rice flour
1 tbsp Gula Melaka
Some Banana Leaves
