辣椒泥:60克干辣椒、100克红葱头、60克蒜、10克生姜、10克黄姜、1根香茅、4根红辣椒、3个石古仔、6克belacan、50克食用油、1勺白糖、半勺胡椒粉、半勺盐

其他食材:450克马鲛鱼肉、2个疯柑叶、60克虾、200克椰浆、1颗鸡蛋、2勺玉米淀粉、15张川烫后的香蕉叶

1)把辣椒干切段泡热水去籽,红葱头、蒜、生姜、黄姜、香茅红辣椒切段备用
2)然后把60克干辣椒、100克红葱头、60克蒜、10克生姜、10克黄姜、1根香茅、4根红辣椒、3个石古仔、6克belacan、50克食用油搅成泥加入1勺白糖、半勺胡椒粉、半勺盐搅拌均匀
3)把虾肉&鱼胶肉一起加入搅拌均匀
4)再加入疯柑叶丝、200毫升椰浆、1颗鸡蛋&2勺玉米淀粉继续搅拌
5)准备15张川烫后的香蕉叶,取一勺馅料放在中间,两面对折,把牙签扣着香蕉叶头尾,再稍微把它拍扁就好了
6)热锅,开小火,下锅烘烤至两面蕉香就完成✅
