This boss has a shorter enrage timer than DBM announces.
Other than that, he hits hard so you need to keep your pet alive.
He also had a decent amount of damage on me. I used both absorb trinkets, plus one Duck and Cover trait.
Although maybe with dps trinkets I could have afforded killing the fishes for healing.

Note : to avoid his tank debuff stacking on your pet, pull with turtle - as long as his first melee is on you, you're safe.
