Pagcor: Internet Gaming Licensees covered by Marcos' POGO ban

Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation chief Alejandro Tengco tells a Senate panel that all existing Internet gaming licensees or IGL are covered by the POGO ban President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. announced in his State of the Nation Address on July 22. Confusion arose because Marcos only explicitly mentioned "POGO", or Philippine offshore gaming operators, which technically ceased to exist in 2023, when they were re-termed as "IGL".
