Starting on a gluten free diet can be tricky following a coeliac disease diagnosis. One of the questions I get asked a lot is 'which sauces and condiments are gluten free?'. And the answer is a lot! Did you know vinegar is gluten free? And you don't have to buy 'free from' tomato ketchup??
