* These two Mantras appear in Mandala-1, Sukta-96, Mantra-7 & 8 of Rigveda and is addressed by Rishi Kutsa Aangirasa to Lord Agni.
* It is believed that, when this mantra is recited/ listened repeatedly, one is blessed with huge wealth, health, and long life.
* These Mantras are recited as per the method followed in Tamil Nadu, India.
Meaning of this Mantra:
* The Present and previously acquired wealth, was through good means. Let our wealth, to be acquired in future, also be, by good means. Let the God Agni, Protect us and Bestow us with Huge Wealth.
* Let the Wealth-Giver (Dravinoda :) grant us conquering riches. Let the Wealth-Giver (Agni) grant us successful treasures, Let the Wealth-Giver (Dravinoda :) grant us all kinds of food with heroic children; and let the wealth giver grant us, long life to live. Here Wealth-Giver (Dravinoda :) refers to Agni.
