A New Age Singapore "Hipster" Hawker?

A new generation of hawkers is changing the way we view hawker centres in Singapore and slowly paving the way for young hawkers to enter the business.

For Jeremy, a visit to a food street in Japan inspired him to open up his own donburi place at a hawker joint in Singapore selling meats grilled over Japanese and wood charcoal, a true homage to the taste of earlier times!
