Andy Bogard is a Koppouken prationner. He is determined to gain revenge on Geese Howard for the dead of his foster father murder. During that time, he also went to Japan to train with Mai and her grandfather. He always had some kind of rivality with his older brother Terry and the two would fight during the Fatal Fury 2's tournament, only to lose to him.

Andy is a versatile fighter with many special moves. He can rush toward his opponent very quickly using the Zaneiken technique. He can also rushes with his Kuhadan, which consist of performing a flip and hit his opponent with his feet. He also have the Shoryudan, which is his anti air technique. Finally, he has a projectile move known as the Hishouken.
