It's incredible what time can do to a location. Since the last time I pay close attention to Cheras, the MRT and several new blocks has been completed. Major malls are connected by elevated walkways and link bridges.This will definitely provide convenience to the public.

As for the project, it has come to my attention as the sales figures is tremendous. Only 5% left after being in the market for around a year is a great result. This also reflects the market preference which this development done a great job on that.

Cheras is often associated with heavy traffic and horrible congestions but this trip changed my view. In such a small area, you have EkoCheras Mall, USCI university, Cheras Sentral Mall, Leisure Mall, Ikon Mall, Ikea, MyTown Mall and etc. These establishment greatly indicates the high population and spending habits.

Besides, Cheras is located a road away from the new upcoming TRX which is meant to be the next financial hub of Malaysia. This gives more room for price appreciation for the developments in that area. Most of all would be the MRT stations is such a compliment to the entire landscape of Cheras.
