Once again we are back in Wangsa Maju checking out another new project and it's evident that this location has really popular. With the superb connectivity especially to KL City Centre via roads and LRT, as well as the matured amenities around where there are malls, offices, commercial areas, universities and etc, all developers are trying to leverage on all these elements. That explains the high number of different projects around this address.

After the successful launch of Avila, Sunway Artessa gives a different vibe where this is an own stay product. The freehold condominium status is really rare compared to the surrounding projects. Also, it's really low in density too which allows this product to be different from the others that are more investment oriented within the same area.

Personally I enjoy the little design treatments around the unit, especially the ramp at the entrance and washrooms. It's not difficult to do, but it shows a lot of thoughtfulness.

Unfortunately the current congestion on site is pretty terrible still but when the project is completed, the SPE highway will be ready.
