Arunachal: PSO of Minister Wangki Lowang Deatined After Viral Video Shows Him Firing at Resort

In a rather shocking incident, a police constable deployed as the personal security officer (PSO) of Arunachal Pradesh Environment & Forest Minister Wangki Lowang is now in the news for all the wrong reasons.

A purported video is doing rounds on social media wherein constable Bijoy Dodum, a member of the 151 IRBn Namsangmukh unit, attached to the Security Cell in Itanagar is seen resorting to indiscriminate firing with his service rifle. He has now been detained.
