When you feel calm, your breathing is wonderful, calm and slow. During the time of practice qigong, you may bring energy down to your low Dantian (one point under your Navel), lower abdomen. When you put your hands on your heart, your low abdomen, you feel different. You center yourself. You feel grounded, and safe
