Vellai paniyaram is a special palakaram recipe in Chettinad cuisine. It can be made during festival season or any functions like marriage. This is a very simple and easy recipe which can be made within 10 mins. Also you will need only few ingredients.

1. Raw rice- 200 gms
2. Urad dal- 2 tbsp
3. Salt- as required
