Root Chakra Yoga Grounding Flow is a 50 minute yoga practice for the first chakra, to establish stability and connection🌱
This root chakra yoga class is a chakra yoga class focused on lower body yoga. It is a grounding yoga flow for the first of the 7 chakras, the Muladhara chakra. In this grounding vinyasa we flow through strong standing yoga poses and yoga poses close to the ground, such balancing yoga poses and yoga forward folds - building a healthy, vital and strong body. The grounding yoga sequence includes root chakra poses that cultivate feelings of safety, stability and connection, helping us to get out of our busy minds and into the body.
